Hi, I’m lauren Smith-pierson.
I am a mother of two, Matrescence coach, and COO at Mysha. After the birth of my second child, I left a 15 year career in the corporate world to support mothers through the profound shifts that take place in the early years of new motherhood. As a certified coach and Mama Rising™ facilitator, I blend my operational, systems-loving mindset with feminine wisdom and divine space holding to guide mothers on their journey to do things differently through 1:1 support, small group programs, digital resources, corporate workshops, and writing.
My Approach
My approach to supporting mothers focuses both on the inner work needed to navigate your changing identity (who am I now? what am I here to do? why do I feel this way?) and the practical support of setting up systems in your life to live more in alignment with your new identity while navigating the overwhelm of new responsibilities, new constraints, and new opportunities.
